I'm really excited about the Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale. Nordies is one of my favorite stores and the Anniversary Sale is one of my favorite, favorite sales (love the Half-Yearly too). Nevertheless, the Anniversary Sale is a bit bitter sweet. This is THE sale that introduces Nordstrom's new and upcoming items for fall and we all know that after summer comes fall which comes the colder weather, boohoo!
Anyhooo, when I do shop Nordies it's a strategic splurge of classic go-with-everything items ready-to-wear or ready-to-carry for years to come. I've marked almost every page of my catalog-- so fun! I usually go for a handbag or clutch, a pair of fall shoes or a piece of amazing jewelry or possibly a timeless watch. Which if you noticed the beautiful rose gold watch I featured in a previous post, I snagged that at the last NSale. I haven't decided on what I will pick up this time but I want to purchase something different this year. Maybe leather, but of course something fab!
